RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please contact us for returns only if the products were purchased on www.khayaldubai.com. If the products were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return. Also, products purchased on www.khayaldubai.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell KHAYAL products. 


Products must be returned in the original delivery box, sealed and without aesthetic modifications, scratches or damages, with sufficient packing materials to prevent breakage and a copy of the original order confirmation. Returns are not accepted if the products are unsealed, used or improperly packaged. We reserve the right to refuse to refund any product that does not meet the above requirements.


You should inspect products for damage upon delivery. If the product was damaged during shipping, please email us at support@khayaldubai.com with a picture of the sealed product and a copy of the original order confirmation. Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.


The return of an unsealed product will be accepted ONLY IF the product has a manufacturing defect such as the pump mechanism of a perfume cannot spray the content, etc. In this case, please email us at support@khayaldubai.com with a picture or video of the unsealed product and a copy of the original order confirmation.


Also, any personalized items are not eligible for returns.


Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date using a mailing method that allows for shipment tracking. Products sent after the expiration of this term will not be accepted.


KHAYAL is not responsible if returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

The direct costs associated with the return of products will be borne by the buyer. Packages (returns) that are sent with payment upon delivery will be sent back to the consumer, and the return will not be executed. Please note that the shipping cost, duties, taxes, and other applicable fees are nonrefundable.
As an exception, in cases of non-conformity or discrepancy between the delivered products and the order, manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, the return expenses will be borne by KHAYAL.


Once the item is received and passes Quality Control review, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for it to reflect into your account.
