Payment Methods

Payments can be made via credit or debit card, but also by using Paypal.

You may select your preferred payment method and currency from a list of options available at the time of checkout. 

Payment currencies currently supported on www.khayaldubai.com are AED, USD, EUR.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. 

An additional email with the shipment and tracking information will be sent to you after your order is consolidated and shipped.

Order Cancellation 

Please always make sure that your order and shipping address are correct prior to checkout as cancellation of orders is not guaranteed and changes to the order are not possible. 

Once you have received an order confirmation, the order will be immediately processed for shipment, and it cannot be canceled or changed anymore. However, the received items may be returned and refunded if they are unopened.
